Pricing: Services are custom tailored for each individual client. Three packages available:

Basic : quarterly bookkeeping, email support only. 

Pro : monthly bookkeeping, business phone and email support. 

Elite : personal tax return preparation, daily bookkeeping, phone, email & CPA meetings, 

• Setup on Cloud based Accounting software: Quickbooks Online or Xero and monthly software subscription. 
• Record, reconcile, and categorize financial transactions every month.  Basic level includes two bank/credit card accounts and up to 75 transactions per month.
• Generate and interpret the monthly or quarterly financials statements (balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows).
• Monthly or quarterly meetings via phone or in person to discuss the results
• Unlimited email support.
• Prepare annual report and send to your CPA/ tax preparer at year end. I will coordinate with your CPA to make tax time as smooth as possible.
